Marshall County Soccer Association

KYSA will be conducting a summer soccer camp at Mike Miller Park, June 4-7.  There is an option of signing up for morning sessions or afternoon sessions, depending on your preference.  This camp is open to all age groups, genders, and levels of experience.  Even kids with no experience will have a great time at this camp.

It is not required to currently be affiliated with Marshall County Soccer Association to attend this camp.  Kids who have never played before, out of county residents, and players from area associations are welcome to attend.

The deadline for registration is May 28th.  The cost is $100.00 per player.  This is one of the least expensive camps available, plus it is coming to our area and does not require traveling.  This camp has some of the most experienced professional coaches in our region leading the activities and lessons.

Due to reduced numbers of players and resources, the MCSA Competitive/Select soccer program has joined forces with the West Ky United Football Club.  Hopefully this merger will provide an advanced opportunity for those seeking a higher level of commitment for their soccer careers.  As the centralized geographic location of Marshall, Graves, and McCracken counties, Marshall will serve as the hub for the competitive program in WKU.

West Kentucky United is a club formed for the development of competitive soccer players.  It is a combination of the competitive soccer branches of the Graves County Soccer Association and the McCracken County Soccer Association /Paducah Storm and now the Marshall County Soccer Association. It is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of its officers, team managers, Director of Coaching and Coaches and representatives from each member Soccer Association.  The officers for the 2011-2012 year are David Hargrove, President; Jason Strader, Vice-President –Boys division; Michael Thomas-Girls division; Zan Darnell, Secretary; Dee Ann Bogaczyk, Treasurer; Martin Mundy, Web Administrator; Craig Pidcock, Registrar; Aaron Fenton, Assistant Coach for Mid Continent University Mens Soccer, Director of Coaching.
